Castlefield Partner invited to join ESG Committee

We are pleased to announce that Ita McMahon, a partner in Castlefield’s investment team, has been invited to join the ESG Clarity Committee – an independent steering group for the editorial team at ESG Clarity.

ESG Clarity is a leading publication focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues within the financial services industry.

As a member of the ESG Clarity Committee, Ita will be a key contributor to the publication’s editorial team, providing a regular column, as well as expert opinions and comments on news and analysis related to sustainable investing. She will also participate in networking discussions with other committee members, sharing insights on key issues and developments within the world of sustainable investment. In addition, Ita will assist in judging the ESG Clarity Awards.

The ESG Clarity Committee comprises leading figures in the field of sustainable investment and advocates of the financial services' role in protecting the environment, creating a fairer society, and promoting diversity.

Ita brings a wealth of experience to the committee, having started her career as a carbon trading policy adviser in government before moving into sustainability consulting. She joined Castlefield in 2017 and engages with companies held within Castlefield’s investment portfolios on environmental, social, and governance issues.
