Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I made the move to Manchester in February 2018. Shortly thereafter, I joined Castlefield, where I have been a dedicated employee for the last six years. Throughout my career at Castlefield, I have worked in several areas, including Operations, Risk, and Systems Administration. This has equipped me with a strong foundational knowledge, enabling my progression to the role of Client Services Manager.
My position is quite dynamic, as it involves managing the Client Services team and overseeing the systems we use at Castlefield. I dedicate a lot of my time to ensuring that the daily tasks of the Client Services team are accomplished and that our processes are accurately reflected and configured in our systems. I serve as the relationship manager for our core back-office systems, helping to keep everything running smoothly and assist with MLRO duties.
I participate in a range of projects within the company, which I find both stimulating and fulfilling. Outside of my professional commitments, I cherish moments spent with my husband, our toddler, and our dog, Buddy.
