I’m originally from Birmingham, but I decided to move to Manchester and I joined Castlefield in November 2023. Having previously worked within customer service and financial services roles, Castlefield really stood out for its ethical and sustainable values, which are similar to my own. It was also clear how much the firm cares, not only for clients but for employees too.
My role at Castlefield is to assist other teams and providers with client requests regarding their portfolios and inputting changes in a timely and efficient manner. It can be quite a busy role, but the colleagues I work with are always very helpful.
Outside of work I love seeing new places, taking sunny holidays, socialising with my friends and enjoying long walks in nature but, most importantly, spoiling my cat, Frenchie.
