I joined Castlefield in 2013 but I’ve worked in the industry since 1996, mainly in research but also in traditional stockbroking at firms such as Brown Shipley and WH Ireland. Before I entered the investment industry, I completed an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School. My day-to-day role is to undertake research into UK equities and this work feeds directly into our investment decisions and portfolio management activities.
I’m a Certificated Member of the Chartered Banker Institute and I’m a trustee of a small charity called Enduring Net, which seeks to use technology to help address the scourges of child labour and modern slavery.
